The development, maintenance, and distribution of SkipDelta are managed solely by its proprietary team.

The software operates independently and does not integrate with, alter, or access any third-party systems, databases, or infrastructures. SkipDelta maintains a clear separation from external educational platforms and services to ensure the autonomy of its operations.

SkipDelta does not guarantee that its features will function flawlessly or meet all user expectations. While the Services are designed to help students build math skills efficiently, they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Services.

All purchases of SkipDelta subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, subscriptions are valid only for the specified duration indicated at the time of sale and cannot be exchanged.

Subscriptions do not begin their validity period until activated through the SkipDelta interface. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and ensuring that they remain secure. SkipDelta will not provide replacements or refunds for accounts that are compromised due to user negligence.

7.1. Subscription Types

• Weekly Subscriptions: Access to the math mastery planner for one week from activation.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Access for one month with full study planning features.
• Quarterly Subscriptions: Three-month access with cost savings.
• Annual Subscriptions: Twelve-month access with maximum savings and priority support.

7.2. Subscription Expiration

All subscriptions will expire at the end of their specified period. Users are responsible for tracking their subscription status and renewing before expiration to maintain uninterrupted access. SkipDelta will not provide refunds or extensions for expired subscriptions.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, SkipDelta, its developers, and its owner disclaim all liability for damages or losses of any kind that may arise from the use, misuse, or inability to use the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any direct damages resulting from performance issues, errors, interruptions, or other technical difficulties experienced while using the Services.

SkipDelta does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its Services and cannot be held responsible for external factors that may affect its performance, such as changes in educational policies, updates to third-party platforms, or network disruptions. By using the Services, users acknowledge and accept that they do so at their own risk and that SkipDelta cannot be held liable for any adverse outcomes, including academic penalties, legal repercussions, or financial losses.

SkipDelta reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms of Service (ToS) at its sole discretion. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting.
