Refunds & Cancellations
Last Updated: October 7th, 2026
The short version
SkipDelta purchases are final. We don't refund a plan because you changed your mind after using it. We do refund you when something went wrong on our side or with your billing, and those cases are listed right below.
When we'll refund you
- SkipDelta doesn't work and we can't fix it. If a problem on our end keeps the extension from working for you, and our support team can't get it running again, you get your money back.
- You were billed twice, or billed wrong. Duplicate charges and billing mistakes are refunded in full.
- You didn't authorize the charge. Once we confirm a payment wasn't made by you or with your permission, we refund it.
If a student made a charge without a parent's or guardian's okay, let us know through the support page below and we'll look into it.
When we won't
- You changed your mind, didn't use all the time on your plan, or forgot to cancel before it renewed.
- The problem comes from your own device, internet connection, browser, or other software you've installed.
- Your account was closed because you broke our Terms of Service.
Cancelling your plan
You can cancel any time from your dashboard, or just ask us to do it through our support ticket page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund partial periods.
How to ask for a refund
Refunds are requested on our support ticket page, and you don't need to be logged in, or even have an account, to use it. In your request, include:
- the email address you used at checkout;
- the date and amount of the charge;
- a quick description of what went wrong.
If the support page won't load for some reason, email [email protected] with the same details.
We usually reply within about 2 business days. If we approve a refund, it goes back to the card or account you paid with, and most banks show it within 5–10 business days.
Before you file a chargeback
If a charge looks wrong, please talk to us first. We can usually sort it out faster than a dispute through your bank, and it saves everyone the back-and-forth.
Updates
We may change this policy from time to time. The date at the top always shows the version that's currently in effect.
